  • Elena is an excellent yoga teacher. Her classes have a different focus each week and she makes you feel totally at ease, giving different options depending on your ability and there is no pressure. Classes end with a wonderful relaxation session.

    5 star review  Elena is an excellent yoga teacher. Her class is the best way of de-stressing and relaxing after a long and busy week. Elena makes each class interesting and different and I always learn something new. No two classes are ever the same! I go home feeling very relaxed and always sleep extremely well. I highly recommend Elena's classes to anyone who is interested in yoga and wants to see what it's all about - the classes are always friendly and you can work at your own pace and in tune with your own body.

    5 star review  i started going to Yoga classes with Elena to increase my core strength and stability and just thought i would put up with the spiritual 'nonsense', however Elena makes you feel comfortable with all aspects of Yoga i had been to Yoga classes before elsewhere but i didn't feel they weren't led by people who had the interests of class members at heart. Elena brings a fully rounded experience to Yoga class and is very inclusive, making sure you fully understand the poses during the class

  • Elena’s yoga sessions are great for my arthritis and core strengthening, the lads took the mickey at first but I can’t recommend Elena’s classes highly enough! 👌

    5 star review  Elena is amazing she teaches yoga aimed at all levels I'm a beginner but feel totally comfortable in her classes as you can chose the level to do poses at. It's so good for the body and also relaxing and I really enjoy the meditations too xxx
