These classes will be available via YouTube for a small donation. Their will be a choice of 15min meditations and 45 min Yoga classes. Donations are required to access the class. Once a donation has been made, please contact me to let me know what class you would like. I will then send you the link to the class.

Live Online classes:

Every Tuesday and Thurdsay morning 10am. The classes are via Zoom so you will have to set up an account.

The class will be a 30min morning class starting at 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It will be a gentle practice to help connect and ground you all, for the day ahead. It will be suitable for everyone all ages.
It will be via zoom and donations can be made via paypal. All links are at the bottom.

Yoga Nidra

Meaning “Yogic Sleep” the Yoga Nidra practice allows the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert. … Yoga Nidra guides practitioners into the “hypnagogic state”—the threshold between alpha and theta waves—the knife’s edge where the body “sleeps” while the mind is lucid. Yoga Nidra is a very healing practice and suitable for everyone. It’s easy to follow at any age and can be practised by children to seniors. All that your body needs to do is lie down on the floor. And even if you can’t lie down on the floor, you can still do this practice seated.

Women’s Circles

Full Moon gathering

A women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. Women throughout history have gathered in circles to empower each other and share wisdom.

This circle will be on or close to every new moon. It will allow us to connect with ourselves and each other, at a time when the lunar cycle can be at its darkest.

Come along, bring children, your female friends and family. Lets build a stronger community for women based on support, love and understanding.

May 8th: Women’s Circle Cacao Ceremony

For the May full moon we will be hosting a special event where as women we can gather to share, and heal with the help of the beautiful heart opening medicine of cacao.

The night will include a sharing circle, cacao ceremony and yoga nidra journey, leaving you warmed and feeling held and nourished.

The space will be held by Lisa Li Elena Stardust and other sisters.

Beginners to intermediate Yoga

I am just in the process of moving to Nottingham. So watch this space for new classes in Nottingam, West Bridgford and surrounding areas.

Yoga classes will be suitable for all. The class focuses on the building blocks of yoga to enable you to learn and deepen you practice.

Meditation and Mindfulness

1:1 Sessions are available £40 per hour.

Mindfulness is an integrative, mind-body based approach that helps people to manage their thoughts and feelings and mental health. It is becoming widely used in a range of contexts. … Practising mindfulness can give more insight into emotions, boost attention and concentration, and improve relationships.

Elena is very experienced and is exceptionally good at tailoring the class for individual needs. So if you have a very strong practice or are just a beginner, Elena will help support you by adapting the class to your abilities and desires.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to all classes to settle on your mat, to ensure that the class starts on time.

What to bring

It is recommend to bring your own mat if you have one. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Give at least one hour if not two, between eating and doing yoga to ensure your food is digested and you stay comfortable in your practice. I would advise to eat a light meal and something that can be digested easily e.g Fruit, nuts, a vegetable soup,
